Acceptance of Terms

By engaging CreateAxis Solutions for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

CreateAxis provides AI-native product development services including web and mobile application development, AI agent development, workflow automation, and consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, payments follow a 40/30/30 schedule: 40% upon project kickoff, 30% at the midpoint milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. All invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a reasonable interest charge.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the deliverables produced as part of the project, including source code, designs, and documentation. CreateAxis retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed or used during the project. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

CreateAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
